The SAIZ approach is to preserve healthy tooth structure and avoid unnecessary intervention. Whether treatment can be carried out without tooth preparation is determined after assessing each case.
In our documented cases, we distinguish what the photographs show from what is recorded in the clinical documentation. Images show the result; the absence of tooth preparation requires a record from the responsible clinician.

Indication before technique
Not every smile needs veneers. The decision starts by understanding the problem and which treatment genuinely makes sense.
Tooth preservation
When a case can be treated without preparation, keeping healthy natural tooth structure intact is a central clinical advantage.
Conservative bonding
Certified cases are bonded to enamel or existing ceramic without creating tooth reduction to generate the bonding substrate.
Natural integration
The result should belong to the patient: shape, light, texture and proportion serving a smile that still feels like their own.

Scope of Registry v2
The public cohort identifies 100 clinical publications from 2 January 2025 to 4 September 2026. In 51/100, the public source expressly states “no-prep” or an equivalent formulation. This figure is kept separate from SAIZ internal clinical certification.
The Registry works at publication level: we do not claim 100 unique patients. Know-how, scoring, protocols and internal decision rules remain protected.
