Purposes
We process data supplied to answer enquiries, manage assessment or appointment requests, coordinate the selected clinic and respond to the online photo assessment when photographs are submitted.
Optional website analytics are used only after the user accepts them. Independently of that choice, the website produces minimal, anonymous first-party site-entry counts without cookies or personal identifiers, for daily aggregated statistics by page category.
Legal basis
As a general rule, processing initiated through website forms is based on the user’s informed consent. Where applicable, processing may also be necessary to take steps requested before arranging a service or to comply with legal obligations.
Recipients and processors
SAIZ does not sell personal data. Data are not disclosed to third parties except where legally required or where service providers need access as processors to provide technology, hosting, communications, clinical-management or professional-support services under the relevant safeguards.
Retention
Data are kept for as long as necessary for the purpose for which they were collected and may then remain blocked for the periods required to address possible legal responsibilities.
Online photo assessment
Photographs submitted are used to respond to that assessment. The form states that they will not be published or used for advertising on the basis of that submission. The online assessment does not replace an in-person examination and is not a definitive diagnosis or quotation.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and data portability where applicable, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to manager@drcarlossaiz.com or the DPO at dpd@utpr.es.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
