SAIZ · DOCUMENTED CASE 03

The patient wanted to show more teeth when smiling. The design refined lengths, proportions and volume to give the smile greater presence while preserving the original tooth structure.
Read the full documented caseObjective. Increase visible tooth display when smiling and redesign the expression of the smile.
Treatment. 20 veneers in layered lithium disilicate ceramic, individually handcrafted by SAIZ ceramists.
Preservation. The treating practice states that treatment was performed without tooth reduction. No-prep suitability requires an individual assessment.
Source. Clinical description published by @carlossaizsmile, supplied by Carlos Saiz with the before-and-after photograph. This case is presented separately from Preservation Registry v2 and does not change its figures.

Preservation decision. Internal documentation confirms an additive ceramic-veneer approach without tooth reduction.
What it supports. Carlos Saiz performed the case and the absence of tooth reduction is documented by the responsible clinician.
Limit. The photograph is not used to infer diagnosis, bite, restoration count, specific ceramic or bonding protocol.

The close view shows shape, proportion and brightness. The no-prep statement comes from the clinical documentation, not visual inference.
Preservation decision. The ceramic veneer treatment was carried out without tooth reduction.
What it supports. Carlos Saiz performed the case and the no-prep approach is clinically documented.
