Registry.
A clinical claim becomes stronger when it can be traced to its source. Version 2 expands the cohort to 100 clinical publications and separates what Instagram states publicly from SAIZ internal clinical certification.
V2 COHORT
100 records.
100 linked sources.
The registry brings together 100 SAIZ clinical publications. In 51, the original text explicitly describes treatment without tooth preparation.
This figure describes what was published: it does not mean that the remaining cases required tooth preparation. Nor does it represent 100 distinct patients or a clinical outcome rate.
Internal clinical documentation and public sources are identified separately. This is SAIZ’s own registry, not an external audit.
The v2 cohort contains the 100 most recent publications meeting the clinical case/result inclusion criterion within the reviewed structured history. Corporate, educational, team, lifestyle, event, clinic-environment and maintenance-only content was excluded.
35/100 captions explicitly identify a case or patient. For the remainder, we do not add clinical details that are not published. A registry record is a publication, not necessarily a unique patient: one patient or treatment may appear in more than one publication.
TRACEABILITY
Publication by
publication.
Each row opens the original source. “Explicit public no-prep” appears only where the public caption states it; otherwise the registry says that the caption does not specify preparation status.
WHAT WE DO NOT CLAIM
More records do not mean more claims. They mean more traceability. This cohort does not establish 100 unique patients, longevity, complication rates, patient satisfaction or superiority over other techniques. Nor does it turn internal certification into an independent audit.
