SAIZ · FIRST-PARTY EVIDENCE

Preservation
Report 2026.

The Standard defines the principle. The Registry preserves traceability. This report summarises what the connected public cohort demonstrates today — and, just as clearly, what it does not.

EVIDENCE CHAIN

From principle
to original source.

01

Preservation Standard

Publicly defines the preservation principle and the part of the system that remains protected as SAIZ clinical know-how.

02

Preservation Registry

Assigns an identifier to every retrievable publication and links directly to its original source.

03

Public source

The registry preserves the original publication link and only adds material or city when that fact is expressly present in the source.

04

Versioned dataset

The same cohort is available in structured formats to support technical reading, verification and reuse of public metadata.

01

Not the full historical archive

The connected cohort covers publications retrievable in structured form from 18 June to 4 September 2026. It is not presented as the complete historical archive.

02

Certification is internal

Zero preparation and bonding to enamel or ceramic are certified by Carlos Saiz and the SAIZ clinical team, not by an external auditor.

03

No long-term outcome claim

These data do not establish longevity, complication rates, patient satisfaction or comparative superiority over other treatment approaches.

STRUCTURED DATA · VERSION 1.0

Evidence becomes more useful when it can be read, cited and checked again.

The dataset reproduces the public cohort without patient names or unpublished clinical data.

UPDATE POLICY

More cases will not mean more claims. They will mean more traceable evidence.
Future registry expansions will be versioned under the same rule: verifiable data, identifiable source and explicit limitation.

SAIZ AUTHORITY ARCHITECTURE
