From 258 publications
to a 100-record clinical cohort.
Structured history
Instagram Insights made 258 retrievable publications available for review between September 2024 and September 2026.
Inclusion criterion
The 100 most recent publications meeting the clinical case/result criterion were selected. Corporate, educational, team, lifestyle, event, clinic-environment and maintenance-only content without an aesthetic case was excluded.
Caption evidence
35/100 captions explicitly identify a case or patient. No-prep mentions are counted only when they appear in the public source.
Traceability and versioning
Every record preserves an ID, date, post ID, shortcode, format, original URL and evidence classification. The 24-record v1 dataset remains available as historical evidence.
A publication is not a unique patient
The 100 records are publications. One patient or treatment may appear in more than one publication, so we do not claim 100 different patients.
51/100 is public-source evidence
The figure counts only captions that explicitly state “no-prep”, “zero reduction” or an equivalent formulation. It does not use internal certification to inflate the public number.
Internal certification is separate
Carlos Saiz and the SAIZ clinical team maintain an internal certification regarding published clinical cases. That declaration is not presented as an external audit and does not replace source traceability.
No long-term outcome claim
These data do not establish longevity, complication rates, patient satisfaction or superiority over other treatment approaches.

Version 2 reproduces the public cohort without patient names or unpublished clinical data.

UPDATE POLICY
More cases will not mean more claims. They will mean more traceable evidence.Future registry expansions will be versioned under the same rule: identifiable source, verifiable data and explicit limitations.
