SAIZ · SIGNATURE DENTISTRY
Small details. A personal change.
Ultra-thin ceramic veneers are thin restorations bonded to the visible surface of teeth to refine their shape, colour and proportion. At SAIZ, the amount of intervention is determined by your individual assessment.

What are microcarillas?
Microcarillas is the Spanish term used here for ultra-thin ceramic veneers. Thin ceramic does not automatically mean no-prep: the existing teeth and the intended result decide the approach.
When they may help
Selected changes in tooth shape, proportion, small spaces or colour may be addressed with veneers. Healthy gums, a suitable bite and enough space for the restoration are part of the assessment.
When another treatment makes more sense
Whitening, orthodontics or other restorative care may be more appropriate. The aim is to find the least intervention that can deliver a suitable result.
Made for your smile
The clinical team and the laboratory consider texture, translucency and contours together. A preview may be used when it is useful and clinically appropriate.
YOUR QUESTIONS
Clear answers before you decide.
Are ultra-thin veneers suitable for everyone?
No. Their suitability depends on the starting teeth, oral health, bite and desired change.
How long do they last?
There is no single lifespan that can be promised for every patient. Hygiene, bite, habits, the condition of the teeth and regular reviews all matter.
Can I see real results?
Our before-and-after gallery shows original Carlos Saiz Smile photographs. Images illustrate individual results and do not establish which technique is suitable for you.
What would you like to change?
We will help you understand the options for your own smile.
